Our impact media guides the “customer journey” from awareness to conversion to change. We test messages and images in varied channels  to targeted audiences – from social media to OOH to video in all forms.

Our use of technology plays a critical role in Social Impact execution and measurement. We use tools that measure basic marketing KPIs around awareness to niche platforms that analyze social impact initiatives and measure behavior change.

 As Founder of CarrotNewYork, Janice ensures our Mission “making a difference in the lives of children and families” is integrated into everything we do. Janice’s experiences as a teacher, Corporate Executive, and Agency Owner brings a unique perspective to our programs and outreach. She’s passionate about cultural understanding both in the US and Globally. As a lifetime learner, Janice has graduated from Marymount College, Kansas State University, Pace University and Harvard Business School.

With her extensive background in teaching, coaching, EdTech, nonprofit leadership, and marketing strategy– Margaret leads the Education team to produce impactful content focused on making meaningful change in the world and to support multi-channel marketing strategies for our clients.

In her spare time, she paints, acts as the occasional amateur florist, and is 1/2 of Dawson Kin, an urban cooking project.

When he is isn't busy cheering for the New York Giants or the University of Maryland Terrapins, Bill can be found wondering how quickly he could make the 90 mile drive to the Jersey Shore.

 Ignited with passion for the organization’s mission of social responsibility, Susan ditched her 10+ year career in jewelry manufacturing and sales to join the CarrotNewYork team where she’ll be doing everything from onboarding new employees to ensuring the day to day is operationally sound. When she’s not keeping everyone organized, she’s playing competitive volleyball and traveling with friends.

 As a writer and creative director in big and small ad agencies, Denise has worked on an incredibly diverse group of multinational products and has produced advertising and communications in almost every medium. She’s also spent many years in the classroom teaching the art of visual storytelling. She’s thrilled to collaborate with our clients and creative partners to produce memorable, life- changing programs.

As a research assistant and project coordinator at Rutgers University, her work focused on professional learning for teachers. She loves to learn and stays busy with tennis, piano lessons, and Mandarin Chinese classes, adding to her knowledge of Spanish, French, and English.
